RE·ALIGN ("we," "us") is a membership platform for real-estate agents. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices, including our use of Google user data.
When you choose to connect Google, we request only these scopes:
openid, email, profile: to sign you in and
identify your account.calendar.events: to create, read, update, and delete events
that RE·ALIGN manages on your behalf (your appointments and
transaction deadlines) and to show your upcoming events inside the app.contacts.readonly: when you choose to import your Google Contacts, to
read your contacts (names, emails, phone numbers) once, only when you tap
"Sync Google Contacts," so we can add them to your RE·ALIGN database.
Read-only: we never create, edit, or delete anything in your Google Contacts.We use Google Calendar and Contacts access only to provide these in-app features you request. We do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except sub-processors that host our service, or as required by law.
RE·ALIGN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored only to keep your calendar in sync. You can disconnect Google at any time in Profile › Connections, which deletes your stored Google tokens. Deleting your account removes your data.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to operating the service.
Disconnect Google or Follow Up Boss anytime; request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@realignhub.com.
